Shipping + Return Policy

Shipping:

We offer free shipping on orders to the 48 contiguous states. Local delivery within 24 hours. Delivery is also available to Canada. The shipping cost is based off of the shipping provider.

Free pick up is also available.

Return Policy:

We hope you love your purchase. You can exchange or return item(s)* for a refund to the original form of payment up to 14 days from purchase date. Store credit will be offered up to 30 days after purchase. No returns or exchanges are accepted after this date.

*Sale and/or marked down items are final sale.

*To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

*Gift cards are non-returnable.

To complete your return in-store, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

To complete your return online, please log in to start your return.  Or, feel free to email us at hello@therapyboutiques.com. All mail-in returns are subjected to a $5 shipping fee.

Sale items 
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items are final sale.

Exchanges 
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at hello@therapyboutiques.com and send your item to: 18 State Street, Bristol, Rhode Island 02809.
